Registration Policy for MWSCAS 2020
In order for an accepted paper to be included in the conference program, it must be “associated” with an author of the paper registered at the IEEE member / non-IEEE member / IEEE life member rate by July 24, 2020 midnight (4:00 AM GMT), the author registration deadline. IEEE student member and non-IEEE student member registration rates are for students to attend the conference and/or present accepted papers but do not apply to the author-paper “association” requirement for inclusion of papers in the conference program.
The one IEEE member / non-IEEE member / IEEE life member registration covers only ONE (1) paper. An author with 2 accepted papers can pay for the additional paper as follows:
• $150 (discounted paper fee) or
• an IEEE or non-IEEE student member registration, thereby allowing for designated student to attend the conference.
If an author has 3 or more accepted papers, he or she may contact the Conference Chair or Registration Chair with all accepted paper numbers for special considerations.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations are allowed and must be requested in writing to ieeebostonsection@gmail.com based on the following schedule.
Before June 24, 2020 – Full registration refund, less $50 processing fee.
June 17 – July 24, 2020 – 50% refund of your total registration.
After July 24th 2020 – no refunds, substitutions are allowed.
